Kale Crisps

I’ve got so much kale thriving on my Tower Garden’s.  I have been making up some awesome yummy kale crisps recipes.  My go to with Braggs aminos and I’ve been using curry and tumeric on others. Yummy. ☆ Cheers

Kale Crisps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pull a leaf of kale from the stalk and tear into bite-size pieces.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and spray Braggs liquid amino acids onto the Kale.
  4. Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes, until edges are crisp.
